All product prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honored.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly.
We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or approval of credit terms for corporate clients.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and mobile banking (bKash/Nagad).
For bank transfers, payment must be completed within 48 hours of order placement, or the order will be cancelled.
Corporate clients with approved credit accounts may receive invoices with agreed payment terms.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect address.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

6. Warranty

Products carry manufacturer warranties as specified on the product page. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Our service team provides warranty support and claims processing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Shuktara International and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shuktara International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
