Delivery Areas

We deliver to all districts across Bangladesh. Dhaka city deliveries are generally faster and may be eligible for same-day or next-day delivery depending on product availability and order time.

Delivery Timeframes

* Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Orders above ৳5,000 qualify for free delivery within Dhaka.
• Standard Shipping: ৳100 flat rate for orders below the free shipping threshold.
• Heavy/Bulky Items: Large equipment (photocopiers, smart boards) may incur additional delivery charges based on location. Our team will confirm before dispatch.
• Outside Dhaka: Shipping charges vary by courier service and destination. Charges will be shown at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email and an SMS with tracking information once your order is shipped.

• Orders placed before 2 PM on business days are processed the same day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.
