Returns & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• Item is defective or damaged on arrival
• Wrong item delivered (different from order)
• Item is not working as described
• Item is in its original, unopened packaging (for change of mind returns)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Toner cartridges that have been opened or used
• Items with broken seals or removed serial number stickers
• Consumables (drums, fusers) that have been installed
• Products damaged due to user misuse or improper installation
• Software or downloadable products

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Call or WhatsApp us at (+88) 02-223387045, 02-223389411 or email info@shuktara.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide a return authorization.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship it to our Motijheel office. Alternatively, we can arrange a pickup for large items.
4. Refund/Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 3–5 business days.

Refund Methods

• Cash: For in-person returns at our Motijheel office.
• Bank Transfer: Refunded within 3–5 business days to the original account.
• bKash/Nagad: Refunded within 1–2 business days.
• Store Credit: Immediately available for your next purchase.

Warranty

All products come with manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and brand:

• Photocopiers: 1 year parts and labor (Ricoh, Kyocera standard)
• Printers: 1 year parts and labor
• Smart Boards: 1–3 years depending on brand
• Toner Cartridges: Satisfaction guarantee — defective cartridges replaced
